no idea about that but i wud think you would go to ur department, i think i remember vaguely you had to give it in writing that you wanna drop a subject and your dept will do it for you.

i think you just remove the classes you dropped, i dont see why they would change a whole timetable.

it means they will tell you when you start ur degree where you will be going. my timetable has a lot of that. P.S you do nothing, you will find out later where you will go.
