You don't need to buy anything. If you somehow can learn it without the textbook I don't think they care at all.

I'm certain my enrolment session is on the 4th because it was the only date that wasn't a friday (I work fridays).

I cannot stress how much better Advanced is to do. If you don't like English and aren't completely stupid (most likely not for being on here) then you can do Advanced English. They still expect the same standard of work and so the only real difference is the content. Even then, it's English...

How much do you get paid? Is it a proper job with proper pay or is it one of those "work like a slave because you're still sort of a student" jobs?

A lot of the books I was looking up don't exist and some don't have a price and just list a few details. Am I doing it wrong?
