BCOMMERCE AT USYD or UNSW or ANU or MELBOURNE UNI

ANU is easily the best Uni is Australia. Your ranking is based on... location? While Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford and Harvard etc are not in a major city. As for your question, UNSW,USyd,UMelb are all good choices for BCommerce and it depends on which city you want to go. There will be a lot of...

I went to MacQuarie info day yesterday...

Your raw internal marks mean NOTHING. Nothing at all. It all depends on your cohort's performance in the HSC.

I went to MacQuarie info day yesterday...

Not quite that straightforward. The difference of marks between ranks is also considered. eg 1. 99 2. 74 3.73 is not the same as... 1.99 2.98 3.97

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

Also take the risk that 2009 3U exam may be messed up. Getting an even lower mark.

Why are sciences and mathematics scaled so well?

With the large amount of high scores, it will make the subject look even weaker compared to other subjects the smart kids are doing. Leading to a worse scaling. The current low scaling is simply because students get lower marks in their other subjects.

Why are sciences and mathematics scaled so well?

In fact, the scaling will be worse due to the large amount of high marks taken by these students.

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

Yea not sure about the date but it did apparently only happen once. While its common for more than one person to be first in 4U.

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

I think all the 1st-in-2U people got 120/120 and not say 119/120.

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

It may be close but they do separate it into even smaller decimals to be used by the Maths Association. One year they were forced to give out 2 prizes because two people tied to the very last decimal. It is common for more than one person to get 1st in 4U Maths but there has only been one time...

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

Pretty sure the ACTUAL mark is down to 2 or more decimals. Although they only show 1 dp. The number the Maths Association uses to give their annual prize.

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

I meant as in final HSC Mark. Or was its aligned and scaled mark. Of course I didn't mean half-marks or anything like that.

What do you think was the E4 cutoff for Maths Ext 2??

If you take the 2009 3U exam, you will receive that mark over your 2008 result btw. My tutor who was a HSC marker for many years, said Maths marks are marked to 2 (or was it 3) decimals. The Maths Association gives a prize to the top 4U Maths candidate and they give it to the person with the...

Why do so many people boast about their UAI?

Or generally, which side "benefits humanity" more? High achievers or not-so-high achievers? Although the sides themselves don't have a clear definition. You seem to think 90+ is sign of high HSC achievement. If society or humanity gets a choice, of which side to keep, which will they choose?
