thanks for the links they seem pretty interesting. :) so your you are saying that I cant double major if I did a combined degree? i suppose it would be a problem if I get interested in other commerce stuff in the future..

Whats wrong with having no minor/double major? Cant i just major in.. finance and major in something like chemistry.. for the science? or would that be something which would screw me up being a commerce person.. screwing me up meaning anything along the lines of not being selected for jobs...

My friends are getting 99+... what they are studying for only requires 95.. they'll transfer into med and other stuff later.

You both get the best mark in your school.. the only difference in your marks would be the hsc mark.. lets say the top mark in the hsc was the guy who you tied with.. who got..99/100 and you got 97/100.. your final mark will be 98/100 (Averaged: (97+99)/2).. and the other guy will get 99/100...
