    you wont gain weight immediately after the workout but when you exercise you'll likely put on muscle which is more dense than fat and probably the reason for the increase in weight.

    Re: i need to lose weight FAST my former teacher was a fitness guru and was as healthy as they come and he came in at obese in the BMI scale so there are flaws. For the average person it can be used as a guideline though.

    well i'm sure alot of people are aiming for high HSCs but going to a selective school doesn't mean anything haha. If you'd been to hurlstone you'd understand. Getting a 99UAI doesn't mean you can't keep in good shape. And yes i dont recall anyone saying how much of a "muscleman" they were.

    then you are more advanced than I. I'm not the only one that thinks it so i guess it isn't as if after all. Too much muscle leaves protrusions everywhere and it just isn't a good look. Don't get me wrong though, what he does is impressive.

    your body will adapt to your exercise and you will have to increase intensity to further your fitness. The pain during a workout is what you gotta strive for.
