    dammit!!! i had it going on until i wrote * 3 instead of *6!!!! i forgot that, whilst i had three branches on my probability tree, EACH OF THE FIRST BRANCHES REPRESENTED 2 balls of each colour = 6 total possibilities, not 3 :( my own stupidity amuses, if not bewilders me.

    i know this is stupid question but do you reckon its possible an early band 5 (about 81-83) could be moderated to about 90%ish? im pretty sure i got 70's - that was seriously a pathetic exam, but i just wanna know the extent of this moderation business. cheers :D

    gosh yeah - that SUCKED ASS!!!! i swear i made the most stupid mistakes - like the BOS wasnt screwing me around enough. 2004 was so much easier!! hopefully the marks will be like magiked up or something and everyone walks away with a band 5 :D

    I think the answer is international law - where the public area would obviously be those laws governing the RELATIONSHIPS between nation states (state sovereignty) and the private would probably involve that aspect which may deal with disputes between MNC's and individuals or other private parties
