Stop being so daft. There is no such thing as a 99.8 prediction, considering the UNSW application form increases in increments of 1. So you either got 99, 100, or both were circled, indicating 99.5.

Well, from memory, the centre number was supposed to go on the front cover of your work, and the school and centre number on the forms that the BoS handed out. If you're worried, just let your school know, and they'll ring the BoS to clarify/sort it out. It's not that a big of a problem.
