Sounds like the guy needs to go to rehab for his alcohol problem more than anything. It says something about society when a guy like that get's more time in jail then other possible rapists etc. He just sounds mad - clean him up and put him in a clinic.

Umm of all time probably Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley - it's a timeless classic.

I heard about it - apparently they are going to play like half their album (because it wont be released until early next year) but it's a media event... so it will be damn hard to get tickets.

Emo means emotional rock - It basically is the name given to all those angst driven bands around - but it is turning into more of a lifestyle (like indie to an extent)
