I found it easy to disagree with it, I argued that there are certain conditions that must be met before speculation can occur and so those conditions were more important.

If you get to the last 10 minutes and you still have heaps of stuff to write start doing it in point form, you won't get as good marks as if you had done it in full but you will get better marks than if you had just not finished putting all of your ideas on paper.

My english teacher told me something similar to that, ie that they give it to a typist who translates it for them. They might say that quantity doesn't matter but the more that you write the more chance that you will cover all aspects of the question
