Writing disjointed is because you're trying to write sophisticated, llike trying to write beyond how you usually write. This results in a mixing up of tense and using big words etc. Try to make everything clear, because it's completely different when it's read by other people without...

think of how you speak in everyday life, and apply it to your character. If you're doing first person, there's no way someone would use "conjugated theasaurus verbose", it's all simplistic language.

i think leaving the reader hanging is rather obscure, although if you explain it well, you can pull it off very nicely.

try looking at Hero, the chinese movie which was recently adapted. It presents the same 3 perspectives you just said, and each perspective uses a different colour scheme. It was actually rather good, and the story followed rather nicely.

ummm... it's usually due a week after trials, so try and get it done before. Trials are around august, so you still got like 3 or so months, no worries =)

I think that your research should evolve out of your MW, not the other way around, because that just restricts you even further. so here's a tip. JUST WRITE!
