i know for a fact that spanish continuers hasn't been scanned because we had to hand in parts of it anyway. so i thought it was pretty pointless scanning up the rest - i'd just wait until next year.... you'll appreciate having the questions for revision!! :)

i've been working at Kmart since July 2002, and recently i got a second job doing data entry and stuff. i've been a bit of a pain this year, taking time off over exams and things like that, but i'm still employed, so is that saying something??!! :p

i've already explained about 2 people who i know who were sick. one had glandular fever and the other was diagnosed with it and ended up in hospital. i think it's a rule that you can't claim misadventure on the basis of poor tutoring. i read that somewhere...

i know 2 people who are claiming misadventure (well, illness really!) one has glandular fever and the other who was diagnosed with glandular fever ended up in intensive care and won't be out of hospital for 4 weeks!! misses her formal and everything!! :(

yep, UAI is separate... i don't know if we can get our UAIs by SMS... that would be good. the SMS is only for your HSC marks, correct. you'll also find out what band you got in each subject. :uhhuh:

your UAI has to be within 10 points of last year's cutoff AND your RET score has to be higher than the cutoff. i think that's pretty much the conditions. it was explained in the little booklet that came with the application... i've got it laying around somewhere...

just out of interest... how many of you have put ACU in your preferences and what number are they? if you've put it as a high preference, how confident are you that you're going to get in? i've put B Ed (Primary) at Mt St Mary (Strathfield) as my first preference. *hopes to get good...

i wouldn't call it a waste of money... you've done it as a back-up, so there's always peace of mind that you've got something extra. i'll be interested to see how i went...:)

who received the letter about getting the HSC results by SMS, Internet and Phone today?? i've already signed up for the SMS service... we *should* get the SMS at 6am on 17/12. beats waiting for the Internet!! :) how are you guys and gals going to get your results??

or ACU... these lists seem to be an excuse to emphasise "prestige" when that's not the most important thing about universities... :uhhuh:
