Why do you call yourself an Agnostic?

geez, you complain about people making generalisations and false/incomplete claims about your own religion then go and do the exactly the same thing to another religion. Also, were you not the one who thought buddhism was the largest religion in the world?

Australia's qualification to the World Cup (Analysis)

To add to the above, the other 3 pots are decided such that no two teams from the same continent will be placed in the same group (apart from europe which is impossible to not have 2 teams in one group). So, afaik, australia wont necessarily be in the last pot, but it really doesnt matter since...

If You're a Christian, Muslim or Jew - You are Wrong

On the issue of biblical dates, there are two prominent things that spring to mind that various people argue. Obviously, we will never know which one (if any) is true: - Day-age theory - Many christians take the creation story of genesis as a myth, a simplification story to expain an event...

If You're a Christian, Muslim or Jew - You are Wrong

The bible (old testament) does talk of people living well beyond 700-800 years. However this is the old testament, written in BC. I believe (but could be wrong) that there is an obvious dating system difference between what we and what they considered a year to be.

Why do you call yourself an Agnostic?

I havent cut off religion but I have accepted that it can't explain everything, nor can it satisfactorily enough (for me) explain most things in the world which science can. It doesnt mean i think religion is entirely wrong.

Why do you call yourself an Agnostic?

I've been contemplating my stance for a very long time, and I'm still no where closer to identifying myself as part of one definitive belief group. I was born Christian, then stopped declaring myself one, and then went back a few years ago. I would not consider myself a strict christian, i do...

The Objectives of the Campaign against Muslims in the West

I dont remember the source, but I collected this data when doing in religion in yr 11 (3 years ago), and I cant guarantee the validity, but it does agree with estimates. If its anything to go by then, by your definition, Christianity is increasing faster than Islam, since Christianity increased...

The Objectives of the Campaign against Muslims in the West

But when you make arguments like waf is making, you're not talking about numbers, you're talking about percentages. Saying "Group 1 had 10 million births in the last period while group 2 had 8 million births" is meaningless when you dont take into consideration the relative size of each group...
