This works. Trust me. FIND A COPY OF ANYTHING BY PINK TURN IT UP AS LOUD AS IT GOES (and I mean as loud as it goes) even if you hate pink just do it. Im not a pink fan but something just happens when you turn her music up really loud. Try it and see. Bet you aren't stressed!
