Yeah I am hoping that if I defer I'll be able to make enough money that I won't notice the 25% increase. It ends up being about $3000 extra, but I guess you could make that in two months on award wage. I'm still weighing up the pros and cons though and I have till tuesday to decide.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think there is a possibility that you'll come under the new HECS scheme if you're changing courses but I'd ask the University or someone else that knows more.

Well I spoke to this really nice and helpful lady today from the University and she was able to explain everything. None of my subjects have pre-requisites luckily so I can just enrol now in just second semester units and then I'll finish mid-year 2007. But I think it will probably kind of stuff...

It's so annyoing they don't let us see our major work result. But you could sort of guess by looking at your examination mark since it is 50/50 exam and major work marks. I didn't get preselected for art express so I know I got less than 43/50 for my major work. So maybe 40 for my work and 46...
