yepp, i had a dream that i got caught cheating. it was like i was handing an exam in after i had finished it but i had all the parts from another exam i had done like a week before. and all the examiners just started yelling "cheater!" and then all these little year 10 kids ran into the exam...

next year they are changing the syllabus for practically every subject to specify an approximate word count for each section. so yes in effect they are capping it, or just giving people an idea of how long it should be. i'd say the 4-6 pages answer is about right
