Why do you divide by 5, aknowledge by post above and tell be what is wrong with it.

This is what i was told; 1)remove any constant to the RHS of the equation. 2)Note the coefficient of x, and follow the rule "Half IT", "Square IT", and "add it to BOTH sides". 3)Rewrite the LHS as a perfect square and siplify the RHS. 4)Take the square root of both sides. 5)solve for x

I was wondering if anyone else in year 10 has got year 11 assumed knowledge assignments for their subjects. Anyone in starting year12 now can post as well. It's just i haven't even started year 11 yet and i'm all ready boged down with assignments for Physics, chemistry, biology, maths 2-unit...

This one is one step further from the 2-unit couse but you should find it faily easy, as its not very hard. What i mean by this, is that the 2 unit couse only covers quadratic polynomials, this is a cubic. But like Riviet said in this thread or another you need to chalange yourselves. Next...

I'm fairly well organised and yes it is sad but i used that stupid dairy...although it has some good tips. Timetables for me are flexible, so i dont stick to it strongly just something to fall back on if i have nothing to do, or don't know what to do next.
