My 0 hours a night has worked through high school......should probably do more though.

I'm going to start doing some HSC stuff just because I'm failing English.

English Advanced - 3; went horrible, but in my defence I hate the texts Ancient History - 9; missed out a couple of things, but I'll get a band 5 I reckon, and I even drew a comic of the Greek Tragic Cycle for no reason :D Software Design - 3; dropping this anyway, algorithms suck, lol.

Just failed my English Advanced exam (wrote 5 pages over 3 essays)...so not the best day for me. Oh well. Drew an alright cartoon of John Proctor though.

Thats why my plans are so simple.

At school the teachers are saying that students in Advanced English will have to change to English Standard if we don't get at least 80% on the yearly exam. Now, 80% is more than I've ever gotten in an English exam (I usually get low 70's) and I very much doubt I'll reach this benchmark. Can...

Although, I have a trick I'll continue to use since my last speech (if it's appropriate). I started using overheads with comic-like drawings I made on them. Of course, they're related to the speech, but it distracts everyone making it easier on me, and it got me a few extra marks.

Just going to get those 5 subject books, but use 1 per topic. Eg. So in English I'll have one for each text, with 1 section each dedicated to: Summary of Plot Characters Themes & Motifs Historical Context Quotes Also, I'll probably have a filing cabinet for all the sheets I get. At the moment...

Software Design (online course) has really crappy teachers.

Prelim has been pretty easy. Except with Software Design, which I am failing badly, but thats because I gave up on it because our teacher doesn't teach. Also English Advanced is pretty hard because I think analysing texts is dumb (ruins the stories), but at least the texts we're doing next year...

I'm "that guy" :) Sure, it leads me to getting crappy marks (60-70% for speeches), but meh, I'm shy, and I can live with that.
