yeah in the HSC they can ask u to write a feature article in 3rd Section of Paper one...where u would need to TWIST the ESSAY you are doing for AOS into feature article format...by adding the features of a feature article.

Well i reckon, that u can aim for a mark...but u mite not necessarily get it, since it all depends on the day. Well this is what i think.

I saw a girl from my skool a few days back...and she was like she didn't do really hard subjects like, "Physics, Chem, Bio, 3 unit Maths and advanced english" that's why her UAI was low....and she got marks "around 50, without studying"..LOL...i thought the lowest mark that they mostly give is a...

The worst i thought was the memorising bit in Motors and Generators!! It was a pain!! :chainsaw:

LOL, that's exactly what i thought :) no worries :) I had not used mindmaps b4 either...but before the trials, it was so much work that it was really impossible to go thru all the notes i had in my books--cos they were way too much to memorise. Also, trial time was pretty hectic so it was...

I went for "Business Studies" in Hurstville civic centre....and they had all those authors of text books...who teach in *famous* private skools e.g. Trinity ( i think!?! ), anyways..those teachers are well known ( i don't remember the names though) and i found it extremly unhelpful....and a big...

Yeah "sometimes"...i only went once...and realised that it was really a waste of my day.

i really think that these lectures are not worth going..it's better to stay at home and study by yourself then going!!!

yeah i think u are on the right track...it is really good if you learn the headings in the syllabus and learn the points underneath it...and also some text from ythe text book u are using. The best thing that worked for me were the mindmaps (i have mentioned in one of the other threads)...

yeah peppermint_stix u are rite, having 3u is good and it helps a lot with 2unit work. And also...always target easy stuff ...always trying harder stuff will make 3unit look harder and it will reduce your confidence! yeah my tutor told me that if u get a raw mark of around 40/84....it...
