Yep. Epping to uni is 2 sections - anything up to 2 sections is the minumum. Epping to centre would logically follow as 3 sections - (SIBT is the last of the 2 sections). And because u pay in brackets the costs goes up double (2 dips "technically"). You can get fined for not dipping enough...
