on Win9x, no it wont show up. on winxp, it usually does but sometimes it doesnt but when it doesnt show up doesnt necessarily mean that the internet isnt being shared upon restarting it often shows up again btw if some1 know how to resolve this not-showing-up problem it'd be great ok...

I wont get a tutor. Just get past papers with the solutions, and do questions on textbook. But, don't look at the solutions when you're doing them. If you already understand what's being taught in class, tutors can waste time.
