I always try to eat within 3 to 5 hours of each meal, I try to have about 4 or 5 meals a day (they are small meals) - however the frequency does depend on what I time I get up...and I drink about 2 - 3 Ltrs of water a day.
Breakfast does vary= egg and toast (apparantly egg or fish is the best...

The Sevenwaters series (4) by Juliet Marrillier
'Infidel' by Ayan Hirsi Ali
'Catch-22' by Joseph Heller
Darkfall series by Isobelle Carmody
The list continues...*sigh*
I cannot really remember this book (since I read only about 30 pgs or so). but it was 'crime fiction gone wrong'. Absolutely horrendous:hammer: . I involved this short, red headed cop that had fantasys about his secretary. If that wasn't bad enough - he had the worst personality..."was that a...
I thought I was the only slacker lol.
I read up to pg 2000 at the beginning of the year - then I was side tracked - forgot the main details (which I usually don't do lol but the book is pretty jam packed) - and so I have re-read from the start since three weeks ago (whilst juggling my other...
Reading four atm...
'War and Peace' Leo Tolstoy (still going)
'the book seller of Kabul' Asne Seierstad (a little bit slow)
...... something by Dan Brown (completely over it already - I prefer Mathew Reilly when it comes to action).
'QB VII' Leon Uris (almost finished! but not quite as...
Ahhh but both involve forms of satisfaction with consequence...and to an extent...consumerism lol. Sex is just as easily exploited as say...chocolate. Don't take this parallel so seriously... or further then necessary The point was of common sense and the consequence of ones actions - as...
Hmmm...much like eating chocolate no? Just because I like chocolate ("because it is so good") doesn't mean I should freely indulge whenever I feel like it. Everything has its consequence ie eating that extra block of chocolate (or two lol) or sleeping with a few extra randomns a week *shrug*...
Oh dear - I think it does depend. Of course (being a female) I like to have someone bigger than me (which wouldn't be that hard)....
I once saw the most beautiful guy - I actually almost fell out of me seat trying to see his face just one more time (and believe I NEVER do such things haha) -...
I would say most girls that I have met - that are 'hot' - have different priorities to girls such as myself... I want to pursue Law/Politics and so the careful crafting of thought and intelligence is obviously more significant for me than for say a girl who simply wants a 'good time' (thus her...
Not everyone will find that 'special someone'. My parents are lucky...but I remain cynical of the idea of 'true love'. How can something that seems to be so perfect exist in the imperfect?
I think a 50 yr old jogging round the block is more likely to have a heart attack than prolong life/health - is this 50 year old running from a gang???lol
Anyway - to build up on stamina - I usually run up different inclines (just start at a light jog and build yourself up to a run.
I also...
Like I said - Everyone has a different level of fitness.
Piss easy eh? Hahaha - I do agree with that. I'll think again before I dish out some easy workouts to unfit folk.
Not sure (Boris) how long it will take YOU (since even am 'unfit' people there may be individuals who posses natural sport/fitness capabilities). I've had about six months away from my fitness routine - started weight training yesterday (except I subtracted about 60 reps from most of my...
I think that a DNA test should be mandatory on demanding child support...however that of course would be considerably detrimental to the financial pockets of all those concerned. It has to be the greatest irony of the 'justice system' that the two areas that purportedly uphold the rights of the...
Title: Infidel
Author: Ayann Hirsi Ali
Genre: Historical?
Medium (fiction, non-fiction, novel, novella, poetry, biography etc): Biography
Why You Should Read It: Well I think quite a few people shy away from the haphazard intensity that some biographies produce - but this is one piece of work...
Has anyone recieved an incorrect rank yet??? I actually got one for Eng Adv...but it is a better rank than what I had orriginally (or so I think) - should I actually report it or not? Is this terribly unethical of me to want this better rank???
Dear god - my head is still aching from how carppy that exam was...I didn't studey for P+H (so my own fault) but what was this crap about reconstrructing the past - I was so ready fro a disgussion on 'to dig or not to dig'.
