"widespread in Yemen I think"
"...it cannot be denied that the root of this problem is Islam/religion in one form of another." Your reason to say so?
"I don't know I read about it somewhere before, might be another ayotollah or another islamic leader, but I'm pretty sure a lot of influential...
Umm I haven't disagreed with what SerNichols said.
The Quran is the only religious document that hasn't changed and I do praise the Quran for that. Now, the Quran does not permit the marriage of anyone until they have reached the age of puberty. That is what the Quran states and I agree with...
I think you're really missing the point of his argument.
He is simply trying to show that followers of any religion may do things that are immoral. There is no need to solely attack and ridicule Islamic MINORITIES over it.
Out of respect for my religion or anyone's religion, please don't use obscene language in the same line as the Prophet's name. Being a former Muslim, I'm sure you must know how much Islam stresses on respecting other faiths and also because you agree that the conditions were different so there...
Do I need to re-type what I just said.
THAT HAPPENED OVER 1400S YEARS AGO. YOU CANNOT COMPARE THE IDEOLOGIES, CONDITIONS, SITUATIONS, SOCIETY OF OVER 1400 YEARS AGO WITH TODAY.
He stated that he disagreed with it like most of us do. The point is, the decision in Iraq hasn't even taken place yet and even the article has three people disagreeing with it. Why don't you understand that this is a MINORITY?
Also, please, who compares the situation of over 1400 years ago to...
As for the thread itself, is the decision being made by "Backward Muslim Lunatics"? NO! The article itself names three individuals who condemn this idea, are they also "Backward Muslim Lunatics"?
Please, do not attempt to attack and ridicule an entire religion based on the views of a minority...
I think the overall equation is:
Fe2+ (aq) +Ag+ (aq) ------------> Fe3+ (aq) +Ag(s)
Because obviously, they both are either gaining/losing only one electron so when writing the overall equation, these two electrons cancel and also, since Fe3+ comes before Ag+ on the standard potentials given...
St. Patrick's College and Feliks Skrzynecki, I chose these because they related to my related text very well. St. Patrick's is set in a strict boys private school and so was my related text as well as showing a parent who strives to be a part of the upper class social milieu. And also, a parent...
This is how I study for chemistry.
Every night, I test myself on the dot point/s that were covered that day. I read over the notes that my teacher provided in class, read the relevant information in the textbook as well (Conquering Chemistry). Also, I usually go onto the internet for dot points...
There aren't two. The proper formula has a negative which is used to show whether or not the reaction is exothermic (releases heat) or endothermic. If the reaction is an exothermic one, the negative sign will remain at the end once you have finished the calculation and it is there to show that...
I think it's not too bad at having a chance. I hope I'm not giving any false hope here but a friend of mine (who graduated in 2011) got in with an ATAR of 95 and UMAT of 77 into UNCLE. Also, this is a little off-topic but does it *actually* matter what university you go to ?
I think you guys should watch this to understand what 7eleven is trying to say
