Snacks: 2 x chocolates, more nuts

Breakfast:
Lunch: Fish & chips, 3 x potato scallops
Dinner: 4 x mini spinach & ricotta triangles + tomato sauce
Snacks: 2 x chocolates
There used to be a fish and chip shop I used to like and which I hadn't been too in 4 to 5 years. I went there spur of the moment on Tuesday and got 1...
So the past week has been reasonably bad diet wise and only lost 0.7kg.
Sunday
Breakfast:
Lunch: Corn fritters
Dinner: Corn & potatos
Snacks: 4 x chocolates, custard type dessert, nuts
Climate change is a natural cycle. The extent of anthropogenic activity (aka human induced climate change) is overstated and often misrepresented.
It is a scare campaign in effect.
I find it interesting that the pro homosexual marriage lobby groups are afraid of a plebiscite and the public having their say. I wonder what their internal (not public figures) polling shows...

Dinner: Will soon have the other half of the margherita pizza from yesterday
Snacks: Burger rings
