2. open up maths in focus for 2u (year 11 book)
3. Try and do some of the "revision" (or whatever they are called - 3 chapters or something in one exercise) - if you can do them all - you know the basics - if not, go back...

are you fucking stupid? Textbooks aren't just for doing questions. You use them to understand the material and then do past papers. (unless your teacher is a math god)
my estimate was the same as my ATAR.
and it depends on how competent you are in each subject. You should hope for the best marks, but also have a rough estimate of case scenario.
Best thing is that you have plenty of time to drastically improve in all of them.
