The reason i didn't put down common is only because would the responsibilities of all employees be covered solely in precedent? Also, was permanent part-time correct, i think to be classified as full-time you have to work more than 34 hours or something.

Re: Not hard? Hmmm... thinking about it common law does solve contract disputes, but i still thought the FWA set the basic legislative guides lines the employees and employers should follow. I'm nervous now :/
