Last year I read about 35 books. My partner read over 200 - I am not exaggerating.
I use goodreads and librarything.
This year I am aiming for only 25 books, since I know I'm going to be flat out once uni starts :)
I am currently reading silly law books like 'The Firm', 'One L' and 'The Paper...
If you wake up in the middle of the night, try falling back to sleep (ASAP) with the dream scenario you want in mind - this is almost always successful for me.
Other than that, during dreams I often recognize that I am dreaming (because nothing looks quite right, and stupid shit always...
lol, I've actually only seen them in the day (going to Ultimo TAFE for a semester). Why am I the only one who has noticed them? They're usually amongst the asian guy 'playing' that instrument I don't know the name of for tips (I'm pretty sure it is just a recording), the Jesus lovers handing out...
Alright we get it you're tough shit.
Drunks do fill up the tunnel though, and sometimes it gets filled with smoke when they get the genius idea to smoke in the tunnel.
I remember the time when it flooded (people were trying to edge along the side all James Bond style) and the drunks had no...
I trust UTS is safe, but not the pedestrian tunnel, central station and my train line :/
Edit: oh and USYD at least has a night shuttle between campus and the station...I don't think UTS has an equivalent, except the one that goes to the residential lots.
full days, but at least you have 2 days off. Why you doing night classes? Have you done them before? I'm kinda skeptical because I'm not sure I'd want to walk to the station and ride the train home at 9pm.
Nope. Sorry you're banned from doing that topic.
If your teacher said it was cool, then you can do it. Now get your ass into gear and start researching.
Idk why but that video was quite funny, particularly at the start.
Jokes aside though, my point still stands. You can't base your opinion on a shitty video and what you've heard from a friend of a friend or some other bullshit source. Sure, every university has a few 'derros', and UWS, due to...
I like how soooo many people have opinions on this university without having actually been a student there. Such stuck up people on here.
The same snobs would probably turn their nose up to TAFE, call it a 'fail institution' or something, and yet I could have gone to UNSW Law if I wanted to...
Um, no - the ATAR cut-off is only about the MAIN ROUND, you got your offers prior to (unless I am mistaken). I doubt the cut-off can be toyed around with by the institutions.
I'm pretty sure you are not obliged to supply your TFN at the time of enrollment - try selecting the full deferral box, and leave the TFN box blank. As soon as you get it, give student services a call :)
Edit: I just checked my form and it says you have to provide your TFN by census date...
Well if you don't go you definitely won't have any friends by the end of o-week :P just go! maybe you will meet some people before hand at orientation or something.
6.5 years :P
I'm doing it part-time initially because I have outside commitments and I'm unsure how I would handle full time with them.
Other major reasons is to see how I cope with regular travel into the city (I have a minor medical problem (IBS) that is badly affected by peak hour public...
