Definitely do it if you love art, one of my number one regrets when I look back on my time in 11 & 12 is not choosing art, I decided to leave art for chemistry (they were on the same timetable line), ended up dropping chem and hating myself for it haha.
Try ebay, sounds dodgy I know, but if your 'online shopper smart' you can find some cheaper suits from Korea or China, I got my suit like this. Also try Asos.com http://www.asos.com/au/Men/Suits-Blazers/Cat/pgecategory.aspx?cid=5678
Lolol a Drama/English teacher at my school also went on a mysterious 'trip of long term leave' after the head teacher came around to all her students asking her what she was like. Apparently all she would do was play games every lesson for an hour and do weird things like tickle students, and...
You should be able to organize soothing with your teacher, maybe they'll let you do present your assessment one on one outside of class sometime, hope it goes well. Sounds like your doing well, don't let one minor bump in the road throw you off track :)
Technically it's against the boards rules for teachers to dictate what subjects a student does, but that doesn't always stop them bullying you out of it. However sometimes you have to remember that the teacher knows best, it is their job after all. My head Math teacher bullied me into dropping...
It seems like your just taking your frustration out on those who could afford tutors because you couldn't.
Yeah getting a tutor can be expensive, and yes not everyone can afford one, and ofcoarse that's not entirely fair... I hate to break it to you but that's life. You're going to be faced...
It's hard to say, there's no doubt you've got some subjects there that really require an amount of dedication, you've got quite a range as well. I think you can pull this off, just study hard stay motivated. Are you a capable student? What have your marks been like so far?
Okay dumb question I know, because we can all estimate a decent hypothesis as to what someone's ATAR might be, with a little background knowledge. But what I wanted to know was; is there a more accurate procedure of producing an ATAR estimate, something with a formula behind it, or something...
I know, Of coarse Uni isn't always the best option. I'm not forcing myself to do anything I don't want, I really want to get into Uni, I've always looked forward to the time I would get into Uni.
Thanks for your reply :),
I'm not saying that my marks will magically improve, I know I can get a good ATAR if I put the effort in, I know it sounds dodgy to, but I know I can do it.
Also where can a STAT get me, or what can I do with a diploma in a language? And I'm definitely not cut out to...
Yes, I'm currently doing the HSC at the moment but I put my HSC date as 2013 because I'm pretty certain I will be doing it again in 2013. Tbh I think that I could get a decent ATAR if I did the HSC again (I'd be doing it at TAFE by the way), I think that a greatly improved ATAR would give me a...
Why do you think it would be a waste of time? Alot of people have said this to me, but I don't see how it would be if I were to greatly improve my ATAR.
