Doesn't really matter if a weapon was used or not. A court is generally more concerned with the necessity of self defence in the context of the situation and the reasonableness of the actions taken to defend yourself.
It was a FYI - not an attempt to derail this thread and turn it into a discussion on religion. If you want to talk about it we can take it to the religion thread.
FYI if you actually read the full chapter, this is literally an expression of the anger of the individual author against the people that committed atrocities against his people (including babies). It's not sanctioned and thus not actually intended to be a commandment for Christians to go out and...

Will is pretty much on the money, however I'm not so sure I agree about the parking spot thing. I personally don't think there's enough parking and it's often annoying to find a spot (not impossible, just annoying to have to keep circling around - especially in the earlier part of the day)
