Structure will come if you plan your essay. You want to structure your planning and not plan your structure, it is as simple as laying out your argument in a logical manner and listing it. If I were you I would Structure like this

What i do:
1- Subscribe to the Economist
2- Take good notes
3- Remember to go over lists of things and definitions for example
