The whole point of the paper is to test your critical thinking skills; as long as you addressed the question asked and didn't talk about flying squirrels then I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.
Personally I talked about Victor and Tyrell's ambitious desire to scientifically progress, etc. and...
Ambition pretty much directly correlated to the proliferated progression of scientific advancements, discoveries, etc. imho.
Not sure how you guys write so fast though. I probably did about 5 pages per essay.
In what ways is your appreciation of both texts enhanced by a comparative study of ambition in Frankenstein and Blade Runner?
In your response, make detailed reference to your prescribed texts.
The prescribed texts are:
- Mary Shelley, Frankenstein and
- Ridley Scott, Blade Runner...
Module A: In what ways is your appreciation of both texts enhanced by a comparative study of ambition in Frankenstein and Blade Runner?
Module B: Explore how time and place are used in Shakespeare's Hamlet to shape the audiences understanding of corruption
Module C: "All representations are...
Everyone saying the mod B: Harwood question was somewhat challenging makes me feel like I messed up (which probably happened, but I don't wanna feel that way anyway).
I linked the past times and places through which define our human experience to the forging of memories that enable us to...
Nvm lulz made a thread myself then saw this nomsayn.
dat paper was amazing.
edit: don't think I really hammered down the first-person thing in module A though. Hopefully I don't lose too many marks for that.
Completely screwed for module B if they ask anything specific.
The other two module's will be meh. Depends on how mean they are with the questions.
Probably ~3.
Kinda hoping the rest of the state is in the same boat. Doubt it though.
Awesome, cheers. If Mother who gave me life comes up as the question, remind me to send you $950549942390239849239432942390843
I have an inkling that they'll stick with the more memory orientated poems such as Mother or Father tbh.
Memories to transcend the physical realm? Seems like it'd fit well with existentialism. What quotes did you use to show that if you don't mind me asking?
Fuck I hope it is Sharpness. I think mother who gave me life would be difficult to contrast with the other poems, but that's probably just my understanding of it.
It'd be pretty funny if they didn't specify any poem though.
Just remember a few quotes from each and bullshit your way through the question. Personally I'm using really open-ended quotes from each that I can morph to most questions.
edit: ^ Yeah, cramming quotes from F&C, Triste and Mother now lulz.
Forgot about valediction; that's definitely an option. They're all pretty open I guess. I personally thought mother who gave me life was a bit more limited in the themes it presents in comparison to the other texts, but who knows?
If they put it in the catholic trials it wouldn't surprise me if it turned up in the HSC lulz. They tend to do that.
I think you're gonna have to guess out of either Father and Child, Sharpness or Triste. Dat feel when can only prepare 2/3rd of an essay.
