Yeah noticed that over the past year there were hardly any PE exposure on here... Well im happy to contribute any of my notes (option: Sports Med and Improving Performance) and my in school assessments, both of which got full marks. Hopefully it kinda takes off lol!
I also got 93 this year with an 88/100 raw mark, and i was also expecting 95+ ... PE was a massive bitch in terms of aligning for both of us clearly.... :(
Seriously? I thought it was one of the harder exams of the last few years (MUCH harder than last years imho), it was dominated by Harder 3U and only one mark on mechanics... I was expecting better aligning if anything :S
Advanced English:
Paper 1: 39/45
Paper 2: 41/60 (came out feeling confident; dont know wtf went on :S)
Overall Raw Mark: 80/105 (76%)
Raw mark after option aligning (raw exam mark): 86/100
HSC Exam mark: 90/100
Paper 1:
Short answer- 13.5/15
Creative- 11.5/15
Dickinson essay- 14/15
Paper 2...
Bu im not really sure what part of the website to use... :S I went onto the 'stream information' in the handbook and it says you choose, e.g. between MATH1131 and MATH1141 ... but i have no idea which one is more useful/why you would choose one over the other or anything like that.. :S
Is it only me that doesnt know how all this Uni stuff works!? :S
How are we supposed to know what classes/tutorials to choose or how to timetable and stuff.? :S
2U- financial arithmetic (same thing all the time with very wordy overcomplicated qs)
3U- probability (tg 2012 probability was simple as shit :D)
4U- found curve sketching most boring but struggled most with harder 3U... conics grew on me with more and more practice
Guys please help me with choosing my preferences (due tomorrow) regarding a degree in maths:

Hi guys, I've been looking for an undergrad degree that involves a lot of maths and have so far been directed towards Engineering degrees (particularly mechanical) by people I've spoken to. Just wondering if the Advanced Maths degree is worth doing (as I would prefer to study pure mathematics) -...
