What universities other than Sydney offer a Law and Economics double degree?
I was aiming for a 97 but that seems out of reach now.. my ranks from the half yearlies are as follows...:
Eng Adv- 1/42 (40 percent assessed) Ex1 (nothing done) EE2 1/3 (10 percent assessed) Legal 4/28 (30...
Lol oh ok..
So is a JD the same as an LLB? Only it takes a year longer to get? So would you say three years of commerce and then transfer is the way to go? Sounds good.. thanks!
Or alternatively, could i do law in maq and get a distinction average and then transfer to Usyd for my JD? Do they prefer if you transfer internally or would it be ok to do this?

Wow really? So i could just do any course for 3 years and then apply for the JD at Usyd? ATAR will not count right? IM fairly confident on a 95 because i am appalling in chemistry but that wont really get me into law... so they will only count my WAM? Do i need to do a competitive subject...
Modern scales really well if you do relatively well and is a moderate scaler if you are mediocre.
Ancient is static and so is legal but they can be great if you are good at them and are in the top 3.
, 4u and 3u English scales well but not if you bomb. These are eaiser than advanced, require...
say i do not achieve an atar of 95.9 (due to chem and math.........) what other avenues can i pursue to eventually be able to transfer into Law in maq???
I aim to go there and maybe transfer into Usyd law in a few more years.. but i want to know what sort of alternative entiries there are for...
re: HSC Chemistry Marathon Archive
3 properties??? =L
Pouros aluminosilicate (this doesnt really constributte anything to the question and i dont really know what it means but i think its a property). Very fine and (increase surface area) and can thus catalyst the reaction at a faster rate...

DOnt listen to what people say about the scaling. The only exception to this is standered english, art, drama, those obvious things. Anceint, legal and other social sceinces are subjects that the past 2 duxes at my school have taken with atars of 99.7+.. and probably more but i only...
UTS is ranked 12th in the state and im pretty sure the other 2 are outside 10th.
If you can get into UTS you can get into Maq law as the atar cut off is lower and maq is 9th.
i think the reason for this is that UTS is in the city and there are more activities, however people do travel to the...
NSW doesnt take into account your atar, Usyd does right?
I think i may be mid 90s but thats not enough for Syd or NSW.
if i do arts for a year in NSW, then get into NSW for 1st year. Then to transfer to Syd for second year i need a distinction correct? or just a credit as it is NSW.
m=My...
Could you be more specific? So i would have to do art in either syd or NSW and then transfer internally? So i would need a distinction? Or do law in maq then transfer? Do they take the fact that you did law and accept you rather than doing arts?
Say, hypothetically, i get into maq law and do law and commerce.
How would i transfer to NSW or Syd? Should i transfer? Would i have to complete my course of law in Maq and then do law in Syd as a post graduate JD? Wouldnt it be difficult as it would mean i need a distinction in law? wouldnt...
This.
+ i wanna do law and that means at least atar of 95 (idunno if this can happen) for maquarie which is 9/36 law schools in australia.. If i was more prepared i would be aiming for 97 so i could transfer to syd law the next year, or i could apply post-grad, idk. Iwantanother6weeks.
I..... have done virtually nothing these past weeks aside from read my module A text for adv eng..
95ish still achievable? =/...
Would 3 low-mid band 6s and 2 low-mid band 5s get it?
I want another 6 weeks..
2 band 6s and rest mid-low band 5s should get that. Then again, a student in my school only got one band 6 for a one unit course and got 95 so it depends.
