I'm interested to know what the UTS Tower withholds. Is it offices or are there learning areas..? I saw that you need a pass to get anywhere in the lifts that go up there, so who is allowed?
Quick question, for Medical Science students we need to wait for On-Campus enrolment day to do our timetable right because I wasn't given the choice in the steps to do it as it cut out on Step 5 after booking an on campus enrolment session and finished?

No, not until the proposed changes are passed by the Senate. So for the $1000 or so dollars you can get in Semester 1 will be given to you without having to be repaid BUT the loan repayment thing might come into effect in Semester 2 therefore if you opt to use the loan you will have to pay back...
So why is it that all science students need to go on campus to enrol and do their timetables? Just interested as to why they do this instead of doing it online.
As for UWS Engineering you do not need to even think about your major that much because all 1st year engineering units are the same if I just looked correctly.. Judging from the posts on this forum and others about UWS Engineering, I'd say all you need to do is put in some effort to get some...
I thought this was no longer available from 1st January? Isn't it now a small loan where you also pay it back with HECS?

Yeah haha. All you need to make sure about is you do the units that would replicate what you would do in the Bachelor of Biomed/Med/Biotech Science.
eg. If you want to transfer you would need to take the following units in 1st year. You will understand this when creating your units and...
Basically I think with flexible, You can choose to major in Med or Biomed or Biotech science as stated here http://www.handbook.uts.edu.au/courses/c10242.html. I'm prity sure as long as you follow the course handbook for 1st yr units and do well, you may be able to transfer into 2nd year...
