    UNSW vs USYD (campus)

He transferred out of UNSW to USYD. As for campuses, who cares. Because chances are, if you're doing a degree that takes beyond 3 years, you're going to be fucking sick of seeing and going to any university (no matter how nice it is) after that long. Simply put. The older you get, the...

    girls @unsw commerce

No difference really in terms of girls. Except you may be around more white chicks in your courses for your liberal studies major.

    girls @unsw commerce

I had a feeling someone would revive this thread.... Commerce is full of hongkies, mainlanders and south-east asians. As for koreans, a fair amount of them do law but you've got a few in the com faculty as well. From my previous experience however, I find there is less of them overall in...

I dont care whether you're a troll or not. But its amusing how you put a thread about your friends ripping your foreskin into the love/relationships forum....

    Economics UNSW

Fair enough. That's your decision. It's not that you're starting a flame war. It's more that you've deviated completely off topic in a thread that is mostly concerned with economics and maybe a slight mention of some of our com/eco-related buildings. If you want to fucking compare law...

Will you ever break up because parents told you to?

Different cultures are a bitch. Its also a pain in the ass when you have conservative parents who can't accept the ever increasing reality of an interracial relationship.

Should I go into College or UNSW???

This is the best place to get answers so its no problem. UNSW village is pretty much taken up as far as I know. The only places left were like 5, 6, 7 bedroom shared apartments. They're the cheaper alternatives to the individual studios and apartments but even then, they're still pretty...

    Commerce (Liberal Studies)

    1) Minimum and yes you can go beyond that if you decide to change majors or feel doing more courses will help you in some way 2) I don't see why not. Double major in your com degree plus the extra liberal studies major 3) Don't have a fucking clue about the actuarial stuff.

    UNSW open day.

Law and medicine are probably the most multicultural faculties in UNSW. In law, you have all the clever, private school elitist white kids mixed in with the com/law selective school asians and indians. In medicine, you have the selective school asians and indians mixed in with the rural...

I know. I made that shit up as a joke just to poke fun at all the retard asians who struggle to talk to the opposite sex. Still, there is plenty of pretty girls at unsw.

Just a heads up to all you future UNSW students

Just for the record, this is the general UNSW thread. If you want to make a new thread about your degree, do so in the appropriate sub-forum (business, law/arts, engineering) etc... That way, its easier to for everyone else not to have to wade through heaps of irrelevant threads concerning...

Level of Maths Required To Do Well in Finance and/or Financial Economics

Because the course structure has changed for next year, I'm a bit in the dark as to what is or is not required anymore for you guys? I only care about the course requirements in the year I started, understandably... I can only say that before 2010, everyone in both commerce and economics did...

Level of Maths Required To Do Well in Finance and/or Financial Economics

Yes, you have to do Acct1B. The later year courses at university have prerequisite courses that you must complete before you can actually do them. Acct1B requires that you pass Acct1A in order to do it. And so on.
