How do i know how many calories i burned on a treadmill. My treadmill has a calories button that says i burned 3.50 when walking at 7.0 km/hr for 60 minutes Does that mean i burned 350 calories? but i think it depends on my weight right? so how do i calculate how many calories i burned...
