in most cases, tehre is very little in the way of health risks related to incest, and i've yet to hear the argument that there should be special provisions to allow rape when either of the participants was under the legal age of concent, either, or any other circumstance where sex would've been...

to say that something is inciting rebellion that isn't doing so very clearly is a very dangerous road though..... i mean, at what point will they then say criticising the gov't in some fashions is inciting rebellion? and then that any criticism is inciting rebellion?
