    Australia's Brainiest Kid

Dances With Wolves was great too. But yes, given they were born after Kevin Costner's rise and fall, I'm not surprised the kid didn't know who he was.

    Favourite Sitcoms/Comedy Programs

Fawlty Towers, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Cheers and Frasier. The Wonder Years won an Emmy for Best Television Show (Comedy), so I'll throw that in though I'd consider it more of a Drama than a Comedy. Buffy can be in there too, but again it's not a straight-up comedy. As for Australian...

Christmas - does it mean anything to you?

I'm agnostic, but nonetheless see Christmas as a day for sharing, loving and being with family. It's also Humphrey Bogart's birthday.

    Stephen King

I'm not particularly a fan of King's "horror" novels. Aside from Carrie and The Shining in particular, I find a lot of them to be silly and too far-fetched (incidentally they're his only two "horror" movies that were decent). I much prefer his more dramatic novels, and actually often use the...

Best summer US drama teen show.. thing

I'd pick Beverly Hills 90210, but it's not on the list. As a result, they all suck. The OC least of all, but that's kind of my antithesis of Sophie's Choice, so whatever.

What primary school did you go to?

I know it too, given my sister went to Crestwood High and me to Baulkham Hills High. Anyway, I'm saddened to see only one person here has said my primary school and they seemed to be borderline retarded. Quakers Hill Primary.

    Favourite Character?

Well, you obviously missed the point of her character in that film. I would say that's probably my favourite female character in film: she is amazingly complex. Ripley is also up there. But we're talking literature here, and I'm going to have to conform and go Atticus Finch like so many other...

    The song name

It's "Livin' Thing", by Electric Light Orchestra. Not great, but better than what I'm sure most of you would listen to.

Who Is Your Music Hero? Aspire To? Admire To?

John Lennon. He wasn't the most talented guitarist ever, nor was his piano-playing or singing particularly great. He didn't do particularly well in the education system, was a prick and a very confused man. And nobody got him. I relate to that, and his music reflects this aspect of him to me.

    Anyone bum out like me??

Well, I was going to say yes, but I did far better than that and you may have found it a tad insulting, so I won't post my scores.

Official HSC Results Thread: So how did u go?

Is that true!? Because, if that's the case, I did far better than I thought... Don't get my hopes up without a good reason for it to happen, Lara!

    Eng Ext 2

I did utterly terrible, and am currently considering an appeal. There is no reason as to why my mark should be that bad. Absolutely none.

I want about 95, am thinking 85 is more likely. I know I shan't be able to sleep tonight, so am starting on my first bottle of red.
