Dude you’ve asked for the solutions about 4 times online and I doubt anybody has proper solutions as they are extremely hard to obtain for BiF. Besides for most of the exercises, the questions are comprehension based so you can just look within the section... otherwise just search up the answer...

Not for bio, both Bio in Focus and Pearson have terrible questions, only some are adequate and related to the syllabus. I only really read the textbook when writing my notes
