I fixededededed it... It was a combination of Gigabyte SATA drivers not coping with multiple HDDs and needing to be updated... And AVG having some issues...

There is no point in using Vista since Win7 came out, simply because in comparison vista is a poorly designed system and a resource hog... Ultimate looks the same and operates the same as Professional, or Home Premium... it just doesn't have the features...
