Pretty you can state rank both, provided that you score very close to 100 if not 100 on the HSC, but that is for every subject tho and considering you are first in your school, the cohort's mark won't affect you much or at all.
I think I should go with this since this is probably the correct way to do the question anyways cause it considers more variables i.e flipping the bracelet.
Hi I am not completing the HSC entirely this year (only 3u maths), but I just wanted to ask how do interstate application work? Like are non-interstate students given a priority or are we all just ranked against each other for the selection process?
It's just like putting 8 beads into a circle right? So you get 7! but you need to divide by 3! since there are 3 beads of the same colour and as such there is 3! repetitions of the same pattern, note that the question never mentioned that you need the beads to be together.
Just asking, are you a rural applicant cause I'm pretty sure those "lowest selection ranks" are given out to rural applicants or people with SEAS or something, rather if you are a local applicant, the atar required will probably be 99~
I just want to ask are you trying out for entry into fort street year 11 or 10? Cause I'm pretty sure entry to year 9/10 is based on if there is any spots available i.e someone leaves the school etc. Also I don't think starting any hobby only for the sole purpose of entry into a selective school...
All I can say is make sure you understand the contents and concepts for prelims, do your best and it's fine if it isn't 90+ or whatever, but obviously don't just straight troll it like me.
