Congratulations to Ian Por for topping Japanese Extension - hopefully being ranked second to him well bring me up.

Is the raw marks db accurate?

I'd say that the db marks could be used as a genuine guide, but I'd have larger reservations as to how people think they could achieve those marks. As speculated often on this forum, the marking criteria of the HSC markers is largely more stringent and rigorous than your school's marking trends...

Does anyone else feel they've stuffed up HSC?

Modern and legal were supposed to be my boosters....Then I could only get 5 hours sleep the night before each

    HSC drama essay questions 2013

It's most likely that it will be the typically broad/accommodating question; something about personal/social issues in the Australian milieu, as it always is. A memorized response shall suffice.

    Nihongo de 日本語で

    Bosではぜんぶん日本語をよめなくておかしそうだと思う。 しかし、みんな、しっかり勉強したらよくて前のせいせきはhscほど上手じゃなくなるでしょう。がんばってよ。

What university are you going to?

Ideally, B International Studies/Law at USyd, but I don't see myself getting above 99.5 without maffs/science - so second year transfer it is.

    General Thoughts: Modern History

Part a of the personality section is all about the syllabus and biographical detail, not argument. Though you may attribute her early pursuits as projecting Riefenstahl's prominence, you won't receive 7/10 if you haven't outlined those listed events.

I'll be doing Japanese with you; just make sure you get a really good sleep the night before!

    General Thoughts: Modern History

According to the syllabus, Riefenstahl's rise to prominence encompasses her directorial feat of 'The Blue Light' (1932), her meeting with Hitler at Wilmershaven, the banning of Jews from the film industry and her first party film 'Victory of the Faith' (1933). You would have to mention those...

    General Thoughts: Modern History

You won't get more than 21 without mentioning the political machinations and intrigues of the conservative elites and gaining influence of interests groups, whilst pinpointing the end of democracy (Schleicher).

    General Thoughts: Legal Studies

Multiple choice - 18/20 Human Rights - 14/15 Crime - 14/15 Family - 25/25 World Order - 22/25 (Horrible question for me) I got 94 with a harder trial and worse content, so I'm assuming this will be the same.

    General Thoughts: Modern History

I received 94 for my trials with much harder questions and losing 5 marks in my Germany essay. Why has the hsc been so easy thus far? WW1 - 24/25 Germany - 24/25 Leni Riefenstahl - 24/25 Indochina - 24/25 Essay questions were so generic, would not be surprised if a few get 100.

    UOW Combined Law

Firstly, it will be extremely difficult for you to transfer externally from Wollongong to Sydney/UNSW. Transferring internally in Sydney in 2011 required an ATAR of 98.6 and a distinction average, whilst UNSW solely considers first year performance - in taking the UNSW option, you'll be...

    World Order questions

They wasn't the scope for discussion that previous questions have had over the years. Like last year's 'International law, global cooperation' question was so broad that anything could essentially be moulded to fit the question. I ran out of time; though I spent 45 minutes on the essay, I...

    General Thoughts: Legal Studies

If you're talking about sanctions/pacts between nations, they're legal responses. I thought the World Order questions would be broader tbh, but family was too easy, as was crime and HR and multiple choice and everything else in between.
