Whatever you want to know (within reason)... Ask about the culture, what sort of responsibilities cadets are given, how does the formal training program work etc.
Also agree with this, I had HR reps at multiple firms remember me from sessions like these at assessment centres a couple of weeks later. It can go a long way to assisting with differentiating yourself!
Don't know that this will work unless it's on the weekend, even then i'm not sure if you'll really want to work on the weekend after a full week of work.
I know of cadets at pretty much all the firms in Melbourne, some of which received offers as year 12 students, others as first years. Although largely the cadetship program traditionally recruits from year 12.
Re: Transferring from UWS to USYD - Secondary Teaching and Arts. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
I'd suggest you stick out first year and try to get at least a 70 average before applying to transfer! Although you could easily apply now and then again at the end of the year if you're unsuccessful - plenty...
I've always been stalking but thought I would come back and get more involved seeing as applications are open/opening soon!
I've been well - fairly busy with work/uni but nothing out of the ordinary. What are you up to these days?
Have you considered institutions that have an exchange program with your university? You'll be able to HECS the fees as normal and will only have to worry about the other associated costs.
