would you say the paper was harder than 2019 or easier?

mc questions were a bit tricky ngl, section 2 was good so was the essay, but time management got me with the business report. Overall, it was a good paper

Maybe like a 18/20, only because you didn't have a third body paragraph and plus there needs to be more business terminology. Other then that, it has great statistics and cases that answers the question effectively.
