I personally memorised 3 creatives (each in a different setting - one indoors, one outdoors & one in a vehicle or something) and tried to adapt them to the stimulus given on the day. It's a pretty dodgy method but I definitely was not one of those people who could BS entire storylines/creatives...

Another method is simply doing the past paper (as much as you can anyway) and read/understand the solutions for the questions you don't know how to do. Exam questions tend to repeat themselves in similar forms so this strategy could work if the exam is extremely nervous and you don't have enough...
