What should i do at the gym

Military press with dumbbells, start with light weights, build up some of the stability before you start hitting the heavier weights. Dead lifts are an easy way to injure your self, especially if your just starting. try straight armed dumbbell raises for shoulders. 3x sets of front raises, 3x...

    F2F exams vs real UMAT

I did the F2F mock as well, got 66%, but I still got quite a while to improve haha. your score would translate to about 168 when compared to the actual UMAT, which is an alright score. The ATAR you would need with a score of 168 would hover around 99.5 (in order to get the interview at UNSW)...

    UMAT question

When you all started looking at the whole UMAT idea, did you find it difficult ? If so, how long did it take you get the hang of it? I am just starting, and the whole thing seems to be very difficult, and its quite discouraging. Am I the only one who feels this way ?

As far as i know, advanced seems to get a much bigger workload, so yes, I assume it would be harder. However, according scaling information, advanced English and standard English scale the same. I myself am doing standard English, which is quite cruisy.

    Studying For Trials

I prefer to start studying 2 months prior any set of exams, I spend one month writing up notes and going over them, then I spend the remaining month going doing past papers etc. The only reason I do this is so that everything is spaced out, and there's no shortage on time. 6 weeks seems...
