Prediction of 2013 ATAR cut-off for subjects

There is a good reason for why that occured. Previously universities were capped at the amount of offers they could give to applicants. This was removed last year meaning university places became uncapped, creating more places in courses which is why there was a drop in atar entry scores for a...

Who should win the next election

The comparison was in relation to the single preferential transfer system we use here in Australia. It is fact that the parties did not preference One Nation, under Australia's single transferable vote voting system. If you are familiar with the recent labor NSW branch conference they voted to...

Who should win the next election

Exactly. If we look at the criticism of the two leaders in mainstream media at the moment, it is mostly ad hominem towards their personality.

Who should win the next election

I'm not disputing that Rudd was a good prime minister, in fact I personally thought that he handled issues better than Julia Gillard, or the fact that he introduced reforms. The point of argument that you are missing is the fact that there is no way to assert his effectiveness over the reforms...

    CSSA Legal Studies Trial

Yes, I got the same - 8 hours From May 2006 in NSW majority verdicts of 11:1 or 10:1, were allowed, after a reasonable time for deliberation (not less than eight hours) and where the Court is satisfied that it is unlikely the jury will reach a unanimous verdict.

Who should win the next election

You have got to be absolutely kidding me? I don't know what on earth your point was in that superficial analysis of Rudd First, it is not fiction as you claim because the failure of the Government's insulation program, school halls program, refusing to deliver on election promise for the...

Who should win the next election

Rudd seems like a good idea when he isn't the leader of the party, but what everyone forgets his dismal inability to deliver on policy which led to his eventual downfall in the first place. Gillard won't be able to bear the onslaught of angry voters looking for stability from government, I think...

    CSSA Legal Studies Trial

16 pages for two options plus 6 pages for crime would equal 38 pages (provided you mean 16 for each option) in total - 11 more pages than you claim... or 16 pages for both options and 6 for crime would equate to 22 pages, 5 pages off your claim?

    CSSA Economics 2012

I hear ya brother! It was the most typical CSSA bullshit loading multiple choice up with ridiculous double answers asking for "the most likely" I mean for gods sake, and then the short answer - I have never seen so much verbosity in short answer questions. As per usual the CSSA has decided to...

    CSSA Economics 2012

On a whole I found the test be be extremely difficult, it was far harder than last years CSSA Economics trial. And to further compile the pain, the short answer questions were so narrow in their topic scope, certainly didn't make it easy.
