not really. I mean think about how much more effort and hard work you'll put in for the actual HSC? i bet about 5 times the amount. the prelims and the actual HSC aren't comparable at all. Don't work yourself up about it..use it as motivation to improve where you went wrong.

motivated to actually start studying now? lol haven't got my prelim report back yet, so can't remember my exact results...l'll give it a try... Maths Ext: 71% Maths Adv: 96% English Adv: 83% Legal Studies: 73% Sac: 79% Biology: no need to go there, i'm dropping it so i didn't try French...

hmmm yeah that is pretty weird. From year 7 till year 10 i must have had about 4 speeches for english. Very strange, not sure what ur school's doing =D Good luck with ur speech other guy!!

NINETEEN MINUTES!!!!!!!! Yep, i just have this feeling it'll be reaalllly good, one of her best. Sister's Keeper is also very good, the idea of it....but yeah, i didn't like the ending either, i was pretty disapointed.

Intelligence is by no means COMPLETELY irrelevent. Of course, lots of effort and hard work is essential. But people who are intelligent are just as capable of putting in the effort, and if they do so will get a better UAI then someone less intelligent that works just as much.
