in year 11 i didnt buy any and i was 17th, bought a shitload and was 1st in year 12. personal opinion though, but its agreed that top notes are shit, i used them for basic ideas i hadnt thought of and elaborated them a SHITLOAD so that by the end the concept was barely similar to the original...

i have the ACER booklets from 2009 which you could buy as well as the booklets when you register in 2011. dont think you can buy them without registering? i think every applicant orders these. btw reselling these hardcopy ACER booklets is completely legal, doesnt conflict with the new UMAT...
