    UMAT test 2009

    Lol, that's the complete opposite of DP's school, did I mention opposites attract! :uhhuh: Don't worry sanni: I was in the same situation as you. I suggest you sit umat and apply next year to UWS, UNCLE/UNE, JCU, Bond (if you have 263k+ to spare), etc as a non-standard.

    UMAT test 2009

    You had your details there before, before you reformatted it with lines, anyways it was pretty obvious something was there. Urban dictionary: hai A salutation, friendly hello After Peter entered, Kijuna greeted him with a friendly hai. Don't u speak street lingo?

    Transfer into UWS Medicine after First Year.

    NO this is not a transfer. You still have to sit umat, obtain a gpa of 5.5+ (like most uni's they only look at your GPA from ur current course, etc) and sit the interview like everyone else. Charlie91 you should aim as high as possible, weightings change at uws considerably as the scale...

    Course Decision Day

    Yeah, you should see the event organiser she is an obese uws staff member who obviously doesn't get out much. Also UWS Venues is fuc*ed in the head. They want to charge students $250+ to use empty rooms which are usually left open during hols. With no new parking spots, I have been arguing...

    Is the University of Western Sydney really as bad as people make it out to be?

    Pretty much ^ Almost non-existant. It's all up to you to make friends, etc. The only strong faculty groups are the med soc and law assoc. Other fac groups are fledgeling. Also many nursing are in a 'group' of their own. No UWS is not receiving Pharm or Physio anytime soon.

    JCU interview cut off for interstate

    UNSW and Monash, lol Uadel. The problem with going to an interstate university is that it is very difficult to gain internship back in your homestate (NSW), so your stuck there for atleast 7-8 years in Qld. This could be an issue with finances, etc. It won't really affect a graduate as...

    Forensic Science

    UWS kicked the co-op bookshop of campus for profit$$$ and started their own dodgy one, lol, lol, lol. You should recieve a booklist at your orientation session/o-week.

    Getting into Medicine

    95 for both Uncle and UWS if you are not residing in the Newcastle or Greater Western Sydney area respectively. Short answer no as awards, etc can induce prejudice (there is no way of standardising marks for awards, volunteer work, certificates, etc and it can rarely be scrutinized for...

    Debate: Medical Sci degree---> Medicine

    For a few high achieving students who recieve a guaranteed offer it will be like usyds combined direct-entry program, but Umelb has stricter academic requirements though and I presume they will have an interview simillar to that of usyd's combined program to see if you can communicate/have...
