The point of doing that is to put down all of the people of Kosovo. Its basically a really low and revolting way of abuse. If there's no electricity and water in the country many people will suffer, until America or some other country decides that its time for them to do something about it...

I think that the traditional sleeping early/waking up early is the way to go. studying late through the night may not really be that good if students were to have a exam the next day, because they'd get sleepy/loose concentration halfway through.

I used to go to bed at any time between 8:30-10:00 max, throughout all of my school days. Now i just go to bed at any random time, but i try to sleep early whenever i can.
